From Frontline Practice to Independent Expertise

Inclusive Social Work was founded by Loveness Williams, a qualified social worker with extensive frontline experience in local authority safeguarding and children in care teams. Having worked within the statutory system and on independent court assessments, Loveness recognised a critical need for an independent service that combined the highest standards of social work practice with clear, legally-informed analysis. She established Inclusive Social Work (i-socialwork) to meet that need—offering a dedicated, reliable, and expert resource for solicitors and local authorities seeking assessments and reports they can trust implicitly. Her goal is to use her unique blend of practical experience, legal insight, and child-centred values to achieve the best possible outcomes for every child she works with.

Grounded in Experience: Our practice is founded on years of direct work in local authority safeguarding and children in care services.
Purpose-Driven Service: We were established to provide a reliable, expert resource for solicitors and local authorities requiring assessments they can trust.
